Dear Mr. House I am writing you today in regards to a couple concerns. I just wanted to say I have been a loyal customer on Playstation for 6 years now and have put tons of money into my system, but this is the 2nd time I've been hacked through the network and im the one each time that gets treated unfairly by getting my account frozen which has all my games I have purchased over the years. I wold like to stay a customer but due to this issue and the disrespectful customer service I've received im just going to trade in for an xbox one . I would like to explain more in detail.
