Ok i dont even know when to start but if you looking to really see fro a customer point of view. I will tell you. Your customer service procedures are oldschool and rep talk about they cant do much cause the one that is calling the shots is the processor or program use to help you guys save money by preventing future fraud but its just give customer a really difficult time to have their life keeping moving cause one issue has not been resolve right away do to the lack of knowledge that your rep have and limited to what they can do cause the program has a mind of its own and they cant over power the processor choice and that makes a customer have all these issues that wont be fix when other companies they have call center but at least they have access to keep thing going for other and not months down the road the problem is still there and you as a customer can know same or more as your worker and verything sound s like a brocken recoord yet the issue has not even begun to get resolve. i understand that everyone has a life and if they choose to go with any company i am assuming to help them ease with everyday stress intheir lifes and not add or even stop because an issue the company they decide to go through dont take the tiem to really talk to them to get to the bottom of the issue and fix it right there and than and happy costumer should me less stress for you guys . cause instead of taking months in one hour or less the issue was resolve saving the company so much man time and less money to spend on taking care of one issue
