dear sir i hav purchased samsung lcd 32450 on 05 feb 2011 by paying rs 30000. The tv is not functioning now. i hav contacted ur service dealer. he informed that the tube of tv is not working and can not be repaired.
how it can happen. is only 5 years is life of samsung brand tv. it is very poor. no other brand tv has such a short life. samsung is using very poor quality parts in tv and may be in other product also. plz iintimate that ur product of tv has only life of five years. if not replace or repair tv at ur cost.
