Please note one of your HP Employee Mr. Debasis (Partner Account Manager - East) behaviour and way of taking is very worst he talking with partner’s Employee treating as beggar or his own servant, Never ever supporting on time (observation : he is not capable to take ownership for any resolution without involve Partner’s seniors ) a single minor case if he get call by any CU immediate called partner’s seniors And start using abused word along with concern location, and saying why CU will call me I don’t want a single call by CU, my concern if HP Employee getting call by any CU then he should support without delayed Actually we want to give his feedback in past but before writing mail to you we have inform to his senior Mr. Sujoy (Regional Manager - East), but he always supporting to Mr. Debasis don’t know what is the Relation between both, actually we have information as all related to PAM escalation Mr. Basu kept in dark box, many time partner escalate to the same but no any action taken by Mr. Basu, even replied to partner always I will closed BIN permanently if any more word came by your side for us,
this type of your RA PAM treating with Partner
Requesting you to please don’t trust me if possible set a investigate team for EAST OPERATION if team will be investigate deeply then sure not behaviour, attitude can get other things too related to BIZ, my suggestion set confidential audit then see what will be result,
Note : Partners wants to escalate for both HP EMPLYOEE (PAM RM), assuring you if both person would be replace then east location performance will be exemplary for others,
Spl. Note : some EAST CRT employee also supporting to both as some complaint got by CU/PARTNER,
