Russell sent a message to Mark Fields – President and Chief Executive Officer of Ford Motor Company email address that said:
I ordered a 2017 Explorer XLT and was very disappointed to find that the passenger-assist grab handles were not there, as advertised on your web site as standard.
I have not finalized the purchase as yet as this is a major issue with us, as my wife, being a senior, requires the handle, as in our 2012 Explorer.
Can this be corrected?
