Your incompetent staff at Somerset PSC refused to accept the pediatric urine sample until after they had taken care of all their appointments, which meant waiting there for hours leading to specimen contamination. I had contacted Quest customer service to confirm if I needed an appointment for dropping off the sample but they advised that a walk in will be fine.
Disappointing service, wish my insurance covered aa competent Lab service.
