Rachael sent a message to Hugh Grant – Chief Executive Officer of Monsanto Company – Email Address that said:
I applied for and was selected to attend the 8th Annual Women's Leadership and Empowerment Conference scheduled to hold in Bangkok between March 1 and 3rd, 2017. The duration of the conference is 3 days.
I am applying to your organization to sponsor my attendance at the conference. The sponsorship will cover the cost of conference fee, flight ticket and hotel bills for the period.
For the avoidance of doubt, may I suggest that the payment be made directly to the organizers of the programme.
The acceptance letter and all other letters are available on request.
