Ronald sent a message to Randall L. Stephenson Chairman and CEO, ATT Inc. that said:
I have been with ATT for my home phone since returning to the US in 1999 and kept my land line because it was more dependable in case of rains storms, snow, etc. In the last month, every time it rains, my line first gets heavy static, then goes dead. This happened on 11/1, 11/20, 11/22 and finally on 11/28. The first three times, no one was sent until it was dry and he could not find the problem. One the 11/28 report, to date NO ONE has been out. My line was dead for 8 days. It is now working, but we are expecting a major storm Wednesday night and I will lose phone service. If you check my file, I have made repeated calls since 11/28, spoken with numerous "supervisors" and been told I am "highest priority." I have received numerous apologies, but no service call. I owned a company for 20 years and would never have allowed this poor customer service to happen. The question is, now that you know, will you?
