late on Saturday Dec.6 I purchased a new vehicle . to get off the lot, I took a loan with Ford Credit with the intent of refinancing with Suntrust. Monday I when into one of the local branches I do business with and gave the manager my information for a loan. On Wednesday afternoon I was told the loan dept. would only give me $23,000 for a loan on a new truck which I asked for a $37,307 loan. on $44,000 truck. My and I have been long time good customers of Suntrust and I consider the amount of loan offer on a brand new vehicle an insult. I will be taking my business for loan else were.
