Mr. Rutledge my name is Ruben and today is 10/9/16.
I am not getting for what I pay for and being lied to by your Technician and Call Center representatives.
I had a technician by the name of Kevin and his supervisor name Harold. I have had internet service with Time Warner for 2 years and nothing but on-going issue with not getting the speed I pay for. With Time Warner my speed was 50mbps $74.99. I just change to Spectrum 60mbps $59.99 as of 10/7/16. I reported my incident to the call center regarding my speedtest was reporting 35mbps and a technician Kevin #1522 was sent to my house. Kevin called his supervisor on the phone to have me talk with Harold to let me know North Texas mkt or Wichita Falls Tx does not offer 60mbps they only offer 30mbps.
Since 2yrs now I have been lied to by Time Warner Cable and when I heard Charter Spectrum was taking over I was so thankful my issue will then be resolved cause Charter offers higher speeds. Kevin the technician did not even check my modem or even touch my computer to check on the issue. Kevin just called his supervisor and made me talk with him about I was lied to from the Call Center.
I understand you are the CEO of the company and I am reaching out to you to please assist me with my internet issue. I want to get what I pay for! I'm currently on 60mps $59.99 and only get 35mbps. I'm reaching out to see what you can do to resolve this issue please, since I have had numerous technician's come and work on the issue and never resolved. I can simply blog of your company and let others know but I prefer to come to you to make it right!
