Respected sir,
I rakesh kanojia is a loyal Sony customer, from last several year's i use Sony products. Last month I had a plan to go for a vaccation.As a satisfy customer I thought of buying a Sony camera phone for better picture, to captures some good memories. On 18/09/16 i bought Sony Xperia xa ultra handset from alfa mobile store and next day I went for vaccation. On 20th morning front camera stop working and till evening rear camera also stop working. And in whole vaccation I didn't use my phone and my trip get spoil.
On 1/10/16 I went to kirsh electronics,Mumbai, Sony authorised service Centre job no and I submit my phone.11 days have pass my phone problem not has been solved. Whenever I called them, they say it will take few more days. It's a new phone I used only for 2 days and not even a month since I bought this phone I'm facing this problem.
I request you please look into this matter
