Dear Mr. Kelly,
Please refund our ticket purchase money of $315.92 to Charleston. We had to cancel our trip to Hilton Head Island due to a state of emergency declared by the Governor. Even though the flight is scheduled to take off today we can not proceed to the island due to flooding. I called S/W customer service and they said they would not issue a refund. We don't want a credit for a future flight. Dan
