Hi,
I purchased a ps4 from your store in 2014. Not even a year later the ejection button would not work. I sent it back to sony and had it fixed under warranty. It has not even been a year later and it is broken again. I contacted sony and it is no longer under warranty so they are going to charge me 149.00 to have it looked at. Also, both remotes and usb cords do not charge. I explained this to the representative and he said both problems are unusual but there was nothing he could do unless I paid the 149.00. I am so frustrated. I feel that I purchased the ps4 brand new for my children. It has given me so many problems. I feel like it is a "lemon." I should not have to pay for a product that is fairly new. Is there any way you can help me? Do you have this problem with all of your products? Do you find that within a two year span, you need to have brand new products fixed? It just doesn't seem right that I should have to spend more money on something that I consider new.
Please help or advise.
Thank you,
Lauren
