I have purchased moto g 4 plus , my mobile got c bent on its own while charging , I showed to your service center , your officer shri Iqbal singh confirmed that he will help , as on today he called me up said your new mobile has come collect it , I asked sir its company pack , he replied no , I asked why no answer but a threatening answer to me you want to replace your mobile or not , I again requested him , sir moto g4 plus software has been replaced a month back , he said I don’t know you will get old software only I asked why , no reply , I requested shri as in replacemet also company give new device only then no answer , you want or not simple reply , don’t you think shri AMIT BONI something fishy is there , do Motorola works in same manner , and as per indian company act and rule replacement is given in new sealed pack company box , as the authenticity of product is there don’t your goodself think in a same manner sir , do bless me
