Mr. Levine, I’m writing to ask for your assistance with a very troublesome issue – Howard R Levine email address

Jay  sent a message to Howard R. Levine – Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Family Dollar – Email Address that said:

Mr. Levine,

I’m writing to ask for your assistance with a very troublesome issue for my client, who purchased the real estate where your
store #5882 is located in Cameron, LA. last December. The lease calls for the landlord to pay the real estate taxes, which
come out at the end of the year, for example shortly after the early December, 2015 property transfer, the 2015 tax bill came out.

Mr. Marcus, Managing Member of Land Gate Realty LLC who is your company’s landlord in this location has followed the protocol
provided to him for NNN reimbursements, yet the 2015 taxes remain unpaid by Family Dollar to this day. It is concerning as the
2016 tax bill is only about 6 weeks away. Several attempts have been made (in the form of calls, emails and letters) from Land Gate,
myself as their commercial real estate broker and recently by Attorney John , Esq. in Louisiana.

This is certainly not what any of us involved in the transaction would have ever anticipated from a reputable company such as Family Dollar.
We’re hopeful that your Real Estate and NNN Departments will take immediate action at the request of their C.E.O.! I wouldn’t normally
bother you, but it shouldn’t take an “Act of Congress” or the need to reach out to the Corporate C.E.O. simply to get your company to
comply with the terms of their lease.

On behalf of Land Gate Realty, LLC I trust that you can resolve this for them. We’ll be more than happy to supply yet another round of
tax bills, etc. to whomever you need them to go to, if need be.

Respectfully,

Jay
