Dear Sir. I am Becky. I am a one year stage 3 cancer survior and Tom has the onset of Alzheimer's.I am hoping you can help myself and my husband with an on going cable problem. Every two to three months, for six years, I have to call Timewarner now spectrum because of trouble with our cable. I made a call again today, Oct. 12, 2016, only to once again be told a tech will come out and for the umteenth time I set an appt. They climb the pole, check the box and tell us nothing is wrong or we need a new box. It's to much. No one I know has this issue. Now I have been angry and not kind this past year but I am tired of being stressed by this. Please, six years of this is enough, help to put an end to this and help us to get the service we pay for without bimonthly issues.
