Bidyut sent a message to Abigail Johnson – President and Chief Executive Officer of Fidelity Investments and Chairman of Fidelity Worldwide Investment email address that said:
Dear Abigail,
Sorry to write you this harsh mail, but its regarding unprofessional behavior of India - Bangalore - HR team.
I had interview with B'lore location for Product Owner position, i had 3-4 rounds so far, for which i had to apply leave to attend the interview till 2nd round i use to get proper mail and from 3rd round always i had to call back to check on candidatership status, and now since a month whenever i call to HR team [Arpan] either he is busy or not reply to my calls/messages.
After finishing my 3rd round, from your office premises i kept calling him at-least 10 times but he didnt responded my call and finally i dropped message saying i am done with interview and leaving for the day.
Being as corporate and senior-middle mgmt guy i understand coordinating with different different teams takes a bit time but 1 month time ?? An employee represent the company but individual like Arpan is spoiling the integrity of FIS.
