Dear Sir,
I appreciate you are busy but in your capacity as CEO please could I ask for your help as we are having major issues in trying to obtain a cancellation reference from your people. My partner (Mr Alfred Russell) booked a return flight from Palma Mallorca to Leeds Bradford for both of us on 7th May 2016 to fly back on 11th October 2016. However, my mother had to have an operation on 22nd September which we didn't know about when booking the flight and therefore we could not travel as I'm the sole carer and had to look after her. After trying several times we are still having a real problem in trying to obtain a cancellation reference for insurance purposes and seem to be going around in circles, not getting anywhere with the live chat or help. Please can I ask that this be looked into and a flight cancellation reference sent to me to allow us to claim on our insurance. This would be much appreciated and I look forward to hearing from you.
