April sent a message to Jack C. Salzwedel – Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of American Family Insurance – Email Address that said:
Dear Sir,
I am writing this email in hopes of solving my issues since August of this year. We had some water damage in our home and mold issues, we turned in claim had several people come out to inspect the damage. To make a long story short we were denied due to a loophole that was found in our policy, After the rude behavior of several people from your company we have decided to move on to another insurance company, I have been asking for a letter from your company stating that the claim has been closed so I can obtain homeowner insurance from another company, I have been sent 3 letters in the last month from your company and still cannot get the one I need, it has to state the the claim is closed, no one seems to be able to construct a letter for me, I have talked to several people, Don Waltz, Warren Peterson, Raymond, Doug. and Clay, none of these people can get me the right letter, Please have your secretary construct a letter for me stating my claim has been closed so we can all move on, not sure anyone will call me back though.
