I am a customer from narsapur,west godavari Andhra pradesh. I applied for a new Jio sim a day before and the service man charged me 200 rupees as service charges. I am unaware of such charge and asked him why he simply replied if you want to take the sim, pay 200 and take or else go somewhere. I don't want to mess it up there so I took the sim on paying. I will be happy if the money goes to you but I don't think so.
