hello, sorry to bother you nut I am so angry that I will never buy from gamestop again and I will let everyone I know on Facebook to do the same. My 2 grandsons wanted skylanders imaginators for their birthday so I pre-ordered the games so they would get the kaos guy and I paid an extra 20 dollars to get it delivered on the release date. I got word that it is going to arrive on Monday... the day after its out. the lady and her manager named Carla were kinda rude and just kept insisting they dont deliver on Sundays. ok but the release is on Sunday and I was told it will come on that day. also it never said 1 kaos per order or I would have purchased them separately but I now have 1 grandson that will be without one and he will be crushed. company rules have upset both of them but onl;y 1 kaos? please, no one will listen to me and I cant stand to let them down and I deserve to get my 20 dollars back since they do not get them on release date as promised. thank you for listening.
