I purchased a Samsung washer and was informed of a recall I checked the model and serial number and it was a match. I am now being told that I will have to wait to see if I am able to return my product. I have children and feel having this product can endanger my children's and my life if it is still in my home. I am very disappointed with how everything is being treated. I have been a customer of Samsung for years and just want someone to let me know how this matter can be addressed. Please have someone respond to me ASAP.
