I placed an order over phone, included free shipping and $5.00 promotion. Just discovered she took down wrong, city and zip code. Never received item, was shipped back to kohls, when I called they said I lost promotion and free shipping to replace order. The associate was EXTREMELY SLOW AND COULD NOT SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH. I tried to speak to a supervisor but was told there was no supervisor available. I am not happy. one item, placed 107/16.
