Mark sent a message to Dan Schulman – President and CEO of PayPal – Email Address that said:
Dear Mr. Schulman,
I have been a customer of Paypal for 10 years now.
My business model is that I am a software and mainly wordpress developer, or plugins, etc...
Some of my sites are for example.
For years, Paypal has had a 100k reserve on my account.
Over a year ago, my daughter was diagnosed with a serious disease. Thus, my business has been
slow since then.
Now that I am back to work, I have asked Paypal to lower the reserve to 25k. When I made the request, I got a message saying that Paypal is no longer doing business with me.
They quoted my site: (nothing wrong with that product. It's a great product. A web video player.
They quoted my equifax report. I've been late on a utilities, etc, and other than a disagreement with a local electrician on a $300 bill...that's about it.
This paypal decision has devasted me. I can't sleep. I'm in constant anxiety. I have a home, mortgage, and 3 kids that rely on me for full time care. My entire business was through paypal.
Please do something to help me.
