Can you please help with the way and lack of customer service from Samsung UK.(KC) Your Samsung Enquiry
I have tried to get my Note 7 issues sorted to no avail.
I am planning with other unhappy UK customers via social media to protest outside your UK office we have leaflets printed to hand out outside outlets that sell Samsung phones to try and persuade them not to purchase. We aim to get press attention. I am sorry it has come to this but your UK operation does not care at all about its customers. Please see the ref number given to me by your customer services department
