Mr.Anderson I am a customer who wants to know why the blvd in front of my house has been dug three times in the past years. To repair a leak that seems to elude them. Yesterday they dug at the neighbors at 9am and then sat in their truck doing nothing until 530pm. There is a leak closer to Grosse pointe blvd but they never dig there.
A tree in front of our house is marked to be removed. Your employee told me that they seemed to have the wrong address yesterday. My concern is when they remove a 30 yr old tree to find nothing and no resolution to any leak??? They made no repairs because they did not find anything to fix. I am now on the phone for 30 minutes plus waiting for someone to talk to. Is this customer service or do they cut down a big tree to find another mistake??? Can someone help me please
