I am a 65 year old female, who WAS a patient of Dr. Donald Patterson, located at 2933 Medical Center Pkwy, Murfreesboro, TN, 37129, for approximately 3 years. During the time I WAS his patient, I WAS NOT cared for according to your mission statement. Dr. Patterson dismissed me as a patient and refused to advise me of the reason(s) for his decision. I WAS NOT lafforded the time allowed BY LAW, to find another doctor, while he still would have been required to treat me. I was able to find another physician. While under the PROPER care of a doctor who really cared about my health, I was diagnosed with Stage III, renal failure and osteoporosis. My health condition was a DIRECT result of Dr. Patterson' negligence to give me proper care. I BEG of you to read my records while I was under his care. And if you do read my records, please, in God's name tell what are you going to do. I contacted HCA, many, many times to no avail. My case has been ignored. I have truly have been wronged by your employees and Dr. Patterson. IS THIS REALLY THE CARE (or lack thereof) and the treatment you want your patients to receive??? You are MORE than welcome to review my records before and after the lack of healthcare of Dr. Patterson.
