Bob sent a message to David P. Steiner – President and Chief Executive Officer of Waste Management, Inc. – Email Address that said:
Mr Steiner - I am really sorry to have to bring this issue to your attention, but I am not getting my issue resolved with your local WM organization in Douglas County Wa. Your organization missed my pick-up on Tuesday and I reported it the next day Wed and they told me in 24 hours it would be picked up. That time frame came and went and we are now on the second 24 hour time frame to have my missed pickup taken care of. I also work in the utility industry and understand that issues such as these can exist, but you state that you would pick up missed collection within 24 hours of report. As of now, that has been not achieved. This has been my first issue with WM for over 11 years so I am quite astonished by the misssteps that are occurring currently. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
