On August 19, 2016 I was rear-ended by one of Farmer’s Insurance insurer named Manual. The police report showed that this individual was at fault. Farmer’s Insurance accepted liability. Mr. Perez hit my vehicle (Lincoln Navigator) going at a high rate of speed and totaled it. Me and my passengers could have been killed. This left me in a not so good position. I had to get a rental. It took Farmer’s a month to accept liability. From the time that my vehicle was totaled until I purchased my new vehicle totaled $2,476.95 out of pocket cost. It is not as if the total rental is costing millions of dollars. Will you please approve the total amount of $2,476.95 be reimbursed back to me. The accident is not my fault. I noticed on the website that Farmer’s Insurance give away millions of dollars.
I would not be going through this if Farmer’s Insurance Insurer Manual had not rear ended my vehicle and totaled it. I would be still driving my vehicle and would not have had to get a rental.
This is part of an expense due to Farmer’s Insurance Insurer Manual totaling my vehicle. I went from driving a Lincoln Navigator to a small rental. I didn’t want to drive a small rental but was left without a choice. It was tough.... I turned in the rental right away after purchasing my new vehicle. I need to and should be compensated for your insurer putting me in this predicament. That man put me in a position which was out of my control. I could have been killed due to your insurer rear-ending and totaling my vehicle. I need to be and should be compensated for the total amount of $2,476.95 plus more. Please reimburse me for my total out of pocket cost of $2,476.95. Make the check payable to Emily and mail it to 2605 Larissa Court, Bryans Road, MD 20616.
