I just wanted to share with you a very positive experience I had today at the Walmart store in Santa Clarita, CA.
I had purchased some grocery items and a few non-grocery items and cashed out through a self checkout register. When I arrived home I realized that I had left the non-grocery items at the register on the bag rack.
A call to the customer service desk representative informed me that the bag had not been turned in but that I could come back to the store and bring replacement items to the desk or receive a refund with my receipt.
Needless to say, I was surprised at the easy resolution presented to me - especially since I was the one responsible for my own situation.
I just thought this type of service deserved a big Thank You!
