Hello Mr Lee,
I am writing with regards to a note 7 I purchased which had to be returned. I had owned a note 3 since they became available in new Zealand and loved it. My husband purchased the note 7 for our anniversary. I wanted it replaced with a gold s6 edge plus but have been told there are none available. This is so disappointing. We have loved all the Samsung products we have bought. Television, fridge, microwave, tablet and of course mobile phones. I don't really know what to do now.
