My contract expired Mar 2016. Went to Branson, MO ofc to get new one - Ofc closed. Your website states I can go to Best Buy Branson, MO, drove 20 miles 1 way - they have nothing to do with CenturyLink. Email customer service 12 times seeking help, each time stating I have severe Parkinson's and can not talk on phone. 12 responses from CenturyLink; We can help you please call . Am I missing something here or should I seek legal help to file for discrimination against the disabled? Do not ask me to call you.
