I understand that you are a busy man, but I would think you would want to know how your customer service deals with its customers, my internet hasn't worked well now for over 1+ years, and I understand I am waiting for fiber to go into the ground, however right now my internet phone has been down for over week and I was scheduled for last Saturday and no one showed so I called and was told by the end of the day a technician would be at my house and fix it. I never seen or heard a thing from your company, this same thing happened on Monday Tuesday now again today. Now, I'm not even getting a time or anything or any explanation of what is going on. I have wasted 3 days waiting at home for a technician and now I am starting my 4th day, of no internet. If my company did business in this manner I would be out of business. Can you Please Help?
