It seems that ADP has instituted a policy that automatically without explicit permission changes the delivery method to paperless for reports and pay stubs. This is very inconvenient. I understand that you send emails telling us that you are going to do that before hand, but since email is not always reliable or the contact person for the account is not the same person who is processing the payroll, the account ends up getting changed without our desire for this. I understand that you want to go green, but the net effect is that we have to print out the paper for our records and that negates the overall green effect. It also takes us time to print the reports. And the paystubs are a nightmare because we have to print them out and then stuff them in envelopes. This is what we pay you for. I have asked that the reports option be changed back to not being paperless and that works for a time, but after a while, it seems that it gets changed back to paperless again. If you want to have us go paperless then you should send emails asking for that and only if we respond to the email should you change the option and not the other way around. I hope that you can change your policy so that this is not a constant problem.
