Corlene sent a message to Scott Greenstein – president and chief content officer of Sirius XM Radio – Email Address that said:
Dear mr. Greenstein,
Given the political climate of mistrust and deception I am particularly sensitive to businesses that practice unethical procedures.
When we subscribe to Sirius XM we were NOT TOLD that there were many different categories and prices for the different programs. What we wanted was music and had no interest in the news or sports or the other available programs. With my husbands suspicions that there was more then what was offered, more information, he pressed the sales person until he was told that he didn't have to pay for the full access.
I hope that this will influence you to advise your sales people to tell the full truth of what you have to offer with transparency and honesty which is so lacking in our culture right now.
Unfortunately you're not alone in this deception, we have found this to be true and hotels and Airlines and other businesses that do not tell you what the alternatives and choices are. I hope your conscience will serve you and not let the dollar bill guide your morality and your personal ethics.
