To Whom it May Concern,
My name is Kathleen. The company I worked for, Asurion, had CIGNA for coverage for health care needs. I had submitted documentation for leave of absence due to health care reasons. The leave of absence kept getting "dropped" from the system or "cancelled." So, Cigna did not contact my employer in time so I lost my job. I'm getting no where talking with Niki. I would also like to send recordings my phone calls to back this up. If I could get an email address for you that would be great. They also denied my short term disability, the original request and the appeal. I've been out of work sick since February. I was approved for one day. I received a check for $27.00. Why they didn't approve the rest of the time, I couldn't tell you. Even after my doctor extended my sick leave for another year, they still denied my short term disability, even after submitting the paperwork from the specialist saying I am unable to work. How administration can deny sick leave that was recommended a specialist, I can't tell ya that either. I'm quickly getting deeper in debt. I need help. If you can't get thru. If for some reason that doesn't work. Thank you for your time.
