Jerry sent a message to Glen F. Post, III President and CEO, CenturyLink, Inc. – email address that said:
I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied in the extremely poor level of service I receive from centurylink DSL. I have called to complain about it and received a different song and dance each time I have called. I am paying $72 a month for DSL that is no faster than the old dial-up. My speed test link almost always times out before it can perform the test, but when it can complete the test it is always under .5 mbps. It's bad enough to pay so much for 1.5 mbps but to actually have LESS than one third of that amount is thievery. We are paying data overages on our cell phones because the DSL is literally too slow to accomplish anything with a computer.
