Mr Charmichael, My wife and I did a loan debt consolidation here in Charlotte, NC over a month and a half ago. Everything went great till we found out that the 5th3rd Master card account ##6804 was never paid. The Shoaf Law Firm sent them $ 567. check that cleared the next day. Nothing wass paid on this account. I am retired and every dollar counts. I have left messages and surveys requestuing a call back and have heard nothing. What recourse do we have in getting our money back? I retired from Federated Insurance in Owatonna, MN and I would have been fired if I let something like ths happen. Especially with zero correspondence. PLEASE HELP US.
