Hi. It's been a little while since I encountered a difficult situation with your company. I was too mad to write about it. In a nutshell, due to an error on your end, my power was shut off. I have auto pay and have never been late and been a customer for many, many years. I received one warning that my power would be shut off. I immediately called -- not once, not twice, not three, but four times within a period of about a week. Some of your employees were very rude and blamed the error on me. I called my credit union and there was no error on their end. I received a nasty call from a young woman in Monroe, Michigan. She "said" there was no mention that I had called. I came home from work and no power. I never received an apology for my inconvenience of waiting endlessly on the line for help. Then I had to wait yet again to get through to turn my power back on. Not sure if you will take the time to read this but I thought I'd give it a shot.
