it will be one year since i purchases my toyota 2016 fortunner from toyota makati in the philippines every time i call toy makati i get the same mouth its a long time you have too wait,,in my subdivision i see 2016 models with their plates and I still have the temp plates???I paid cash for this unit and i want what ai payed for nothing more nothing less,,I am requesting this for the japan people are honorable race of people and I have been begging this toyota makati for almost a year come nov 7th 2016 with a continues excuse we dont have control over the lto manila,,the reason i have contacted the honorable race of the japanese to provide me of the plates of my car I purchased the car in good faith and would like the plates in good faith,,and would like the people of toyota makati to hand deliver these plates to my residence address.I have all receipts registration papers if requested.somebody in the philippines have too get off their chair to get things done the Toyota japan have to put pressure on toyota in makati,,then toyota makati put pressure on the lto in manila,,to have me a customer wait a year and no plates on my car other then sori po its the lto is unacceptable as a consumer somebody has to move here and get off there chair and get the job done,,retired in the philiipines I understand the way the pinoy moves and their endless excuses of why they cant get the job done so I am turning to the japanese people who have honor to get the cuswtomer what he paid for,,once again I have complete faith in Toyota Japan and there honor in helping me get the job done,,I also am very happy with my 2016 fortunner i also have a 2011 fortunner they are great vechicals and i proud owner regardless of the outcome I will never buy another vechical from toyota makati,,never again robert
