Just wanted to send you a copy of a review I posted after an experience I had with your agent Kara Parker's office.
Like many consumers I decided it was time to shop around to see if I could find a better deal on insurance. Had been with Allstate for the past 10+ years. Turns out I found a better deal with State Farm, so I sent a polite letter to Allstate agent Kara to please cancel our policies as we had found a better rate. I received a reply from a Don Parker with the following response "I have canceled your policies per your email request I actually was a State Farm Agent before and I know that they do not have lower premiums than Allstate in Oxnard, Ventura or Camarillo." Well I found that response very rude and unprofessional. Most companies would simply thank you for your business and hope they can serve you again in the future. I definitely will never do business with Allstate again and i will tell all my family, friends and coworkers to stay away from this agents office.
