I would like to apprise you of the service I received from Walmart Shipping Department
I ordered a King Headboard on October21st . It never was shipped got locked in the processing department and I was told cancel and reorder.
I cancelled the order and reordered that same exact head board and today November 2nd the day of delivery I am told again still in processing and your Chat people said "I can help you cancel this order" This is not the solution . This needs to be addressed and your shipping department need to explain to me what is the problem and where is my Headboard. I look forward to hearing from you .
