Dear Sir
Last one month I am following up with Sony Services to repair / replace the defective TV the have sold . Your Indian counterpart is denied and refused to take the responsibility of replacing the product ! Your kind action is solicited to replace the defective product

It is very unfortunate you have denied service against your own fault. Defective product sold and subsequently power supplies totally stopped while replugging as per your instructions.
The breaches of services delivery contract and subsequent harassment and final denial of free services from your end proves Sony company dont want to settle the matter amicably.
Though you have kept me waiting for a long time to come out with NO Solutions, I am afraid no other alternatives available to me except filing an appropriate case of service denial conspiracy ,consumer harassment etc
You may finally revert back to me if you decide otherwise
