I am writing to you hoping you are able to fix the ongoing issue we face with the Mumbai delivery centre and the not so good customer care centre in Pune

I order dog food for my 2 Labradors from a retailer in Chennai who uses FedEx for delivery

Over the last 2 months I have been using this retailer and NONE of my orders reach on time

Once they said I had to wait for 3 additional days from the timeline mentioned in the website. Reason was they have a lot of backlogs. I had to go personally to pick up the food from th FedEx Chakala centre as it was important I can feed my pets

This time the same story I have a delivery date of today by 8pm and I am told it may be a couple of days more.

Being a working women it becomes difficult to make time with the outdated tracking system you use.

The customer care person in Pune Sheetal tells me your order was to reach you by today but I spoke to the manager in Mumbai and he told me it will definitely be delayed

It takes 4 weeks to change a dogs food else it hits their digestive system which can cause death as wel

I am so not pleased that a reputed firm like FedEx doesn't understand the sensitivity of the issue

As a next step I will ensure I either convince the seller to use a different courier service or I find a seller who doesn't use FedEx

Also if the customer care centre is only going to r as whats in the website why have one???
