it is with great sadness that I feel the urge to write. The fact that the Galaxy Battery issue has blemished your Great name is of no concern to me, or I am sure, millions other users of your products. The Medias negative reactions are so typical of narrow mindedness; need we be reminded: "to succeed we need first, to fail".
I see this "misfotune" for your Company as infact, GOOD FORTUNE in disguise.
Sometimes in the drive to be best we "Burn Out" ! But from that experience comes lessons denied to those who never know the pain AND therefore the refuelled need of the POWERFUL to over come failure - and rise (again) from the flames.
Simple philosophy, and perhaps of no consequence to you, but I feel better somehow in offering something toward your "good fortune".
Maybe your next Galaxy promotion could incorperate the old addage: "The Phenox rises from the Flames" (!!)
I am so looking forward to your new phone. Mark my hunch: It will be one that will set the World on FIRE! How can it not? You now have a point to prove! Right!?
