On October 14 th your company received a pair of $80 converse for exchange. I just wanted to exchange same shoe for different color different size. Since then I have been told I was being refunded the $80, which I never asked for and never received. I have also been told I was having the shoes exchanged, which as of November 4th, I haven't received the shoes. When I called customer service tonight, November 4th. I was told they are investigating my exchange.
For what?! For $80? I returned the shoes and can't get my money back or the exchange. REALLY?!
