Sir,
I am along time customer with SW airlines. I requested a "check Free"status from your Customer service because of my difficulty in standing at the Security line for a long time. I have "Check Free" status in Virgin America and my wife has a "Check Free" status in both SW virgin America. This morning I got an answer from your S customer service dept. that the status is provided by Airport Security and they can not help me. I know this is a response by someone who has no idea as to what that person is doing. I will appreciate your help in this .
