Greetings,
I am writing to you as a devastated customer. I signed up for the "Water Heater and Furnace Repair Program" thru Dominion and learned today that the Program does not cover Boiler Leakages, Heat Exchangers, Compressors, etc. I am devastated that the "Repair Program" has stipulations. That was not my understanding when I signed up. Doesn't repair mean repair?
As a single woman, I ordered the Program with the belief and understanding that any "Repair" would be made to my furnace when necessary. Today, I was told by the contractor and a Dominion representative that my understanding was false after being told when I arranged the contractor appointment that the contractor is skilled in working with boilers.
I have a letter regarding the Water Heater program with terms and conditions expressed on the back of the letter. The Furnace Repair Program letter I received lists the program price increase but no terms and conditions are included.
I desperately need your help with the aforementioned matter. I dont know what to do.
Please help me. Please?
