On November 3rd I purchased online a few Cubs worlds series items to surprise my kids. I find out that my items are not even labeled and if i am lucky i might get them after Nov 17th. I am not allowed to cancel my order so i can go buy the items in the store which they have already have all the cubs items in the store. My kids are really upset as by the time they get their things, the cubs winning will be old news. I have shopped for all my kids sports good for over 13 years and i a extremely disappointed on how this is being handled. Tell me how do i make this up to my 15 and 18 year old? It's bad enough that had to work on the day of the parade, don't have the money to take them to games or signings. Now i couldn't even get them stupid shirts in time!!!
