I am currently in my final year of study and have been assigned a total quality management report based on events help by an organisation.
Virgin is one of the leading brands across many sectors and always have a high quality rating, therefore i have picked Virgin for my report.
It would be very helpful if you could give me brief breakdown on what tools and methods you use while putting on events (such as Kaizen and Benchmarking).
I would really appreciate this however i understand if you are unable to.
